• As soon as a tech pack is received which includes the drawings and instructions, we will start the process of developing a prototype sample to present to our client.
   
• Upon receipt of the order sheets, our highly experienced customer representatives contact the appropriate supplier(s) and pass on our client’s orders in supplier’s native language, we will then explain in detail the instructions and work closely with them to achieve the final product on time and within the specifications and quality set out from the start.  
   
• We are proud to be involved in every step of the production such as size sets, materials and accessories, salesman samples, and photos. 
   
• We will manage the process to ensure the overall appearance, measurements, assortments, colours, labelling, and packing of the product is completed in accordance with our client’s instructions.
   
• We will make it our personal responsibility to supervise production until shipment stage.
   

We will carry out best in class quality control process throughout all steps of the production.
